Thanks to all members that have emailed to say they will now be happy to have an online copy of their journal rather than a paper version. This will help the Society reduce our postage costs. It is not compulsory so if you still wish to receive a paper copy that is fine!
Current 2015 Journals #118 (June) and #119 (September) are already available to fully paid up Society members on our website under Quarterly Journals.
When registering on our website members must add their membership number to their registration details otherwise you will not be able to access the online journals.
You will find the he Log In and Register links at the top right hand corner of the screen.
The next journal is due in December – General Theme – closing date for submissions 20 October! Please send all articles, snippets, interesting images etc to email@example.com by the deadline.

This popular annual family history event is once again taking place in the historic town of Merthyr Tydfil, Glamorgan. Did your Ancestors live in Wales? Knowledgeable experts are available to help with all level of queries. Beginners welcome. A wide variety of stalls – exhibitors include Welsh and English family history societies, local history societies, military experts, family tree charts, ancestral tourism, genealogical services, old postcards, old maps, local and family history books, second-hand books as well as museums, libraries and local authority organisations. There will also be three free talks during the day by experts.
